Pre-spray/spotting

In a residential/commercial cleaning there is one major aspect that should never be overlooked, and that is preparation. On all of our cleanings we provide a pre-spray (of your choice) that we will apply to the carpets prior to cleaning. The purpose of this is to encapsulate the dirt so that it may be effectively extracted from your carpets. We also provide certain spot treatment for those nasty stains that don't want to come out. Other than just these pre-sprays we can also perform pet treatment tasks for various incidents that your pet may have caused. (note: client may be charged a slight fee for pet treatment chemicals)

Pre-broom carpet

Highly soiled carpets and "high traffic" areas may sometimes need a little more help getting all of the dirt extracted from them. In these cases we perform a pre-broom/raking of the carpets once the pre-spray is applied so that the detergent can penetrate deep down into the carpet's fibers. Think of it as rubbing your hands through your head when washing your hair. We do this to make sure that we get all of the dirt out of your carpets.

Extraction

The final step in the our cleaning process is hot water extraction. A truckmounted machine, which is the best extraction method in the carpet cleaning business today, delivers huge amounts of vacuum and high heat levels to shoot deep down and get that dirt out.(see our methods page for a closer look.) We also provide our carpet brightner and deodorizer to the extraction solution, which will leave your carpets smelling fresh and looking brighter and cleaner than ever.
